PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EVERY ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.
YESD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY POSTAL CARRIERS.

RETURN POLICY:

I hope you love all your YESD purchases! Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please review each item and its description before purchasing, including size and sizing guides. Items that "don't fit" upon receipt are not eligible for returns. DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please contact me at yesdesignsllc3@gmail.com and send me pictures of any perceived damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolution, lighting and photographic effects do not qualify as damaged.

LOST PACKAGES:

YESD is NOT responsible for packages after the mail carrier has marked delivery. The customer takes full responsibility after the packages leave my care, this is the market standard. YESD is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave the YESD office.
